COL Corporate Accounts
3 Steps to Open a COL Corporate Account

Deposit cash to your COL account to activate it and receive your password.

Note: Corporate accounts require an initial deposit of at least Php25,000.
Once your deposit is verified, you’ll receive another email with your complete log-in details, so you can log in to your account and start investing in stocks and funds of your choice.

Email soft copies of the required documents to sales@colfinancial.com for review and pre-approval.
Once pre-approved, you will receive instructions to submit the original documents to the COL Business Center:
24/F East Tower, Tektite Towers, Exchange Road, Ortigas Center, Pasig City 1605, Philippines (Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM)
After receiving your documents, we will conduct other verification procedures.
Once your account is approved, your 8-digit COL account number will be sent to your registered email address.
Primary Requirements

Unified Multi-purpose ID (UMID) or SSS ID
Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) ID
PhilSys/National ID
COMELEC/Voter’s ID
PhilHealth ID (with photo and signature)
Senior Citizen ID
Postal ID
Barangay ID
Police Clearance ID (with photo and signature)
Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) ID

SEC Registration/SEC Certificate of Incorporation (COI) or Cooperative Development Authority (CDA) Registration, whichever is applicable
Articles of Incorporation (AOI), Partnership or equivalent
By-Laws (not applicable for One Person Corporation (OPC); see alternative requirements below)
Latest General Information Sheet (GIS) filed with the SEC including beneficial ownership page and SEC QR Code Acceptance (View sample), or Cooperative Annual Performance Report (CAPR), whichever is applicable
Latest Audited Financial Statements (AFS) with SEC QR Code Acceptance (View sample)
Note: For companies, businesses or partnerships registered outside the Philippines, submit comparable documents, duly apostilled by the Philippine Consulate where the corporation is registered.
Please ensure that the submitted documents are the latest copies submitted to and received by the SEC.
The Corporate Secretary may certify these documents on the first page only;there is no need to certify each individual page. View sample
Important Reminders
Each authorized officer/signatory based on the notarized Board Resolution/Secretary's Certificate must sign the application forms.
All forms and documents must be signed using a ballpoint pen (handwritten/wet signatures). Electronic signatures are not accepted.
Submit the soft copies of complete requirements to sales@colfinancial.com for checking and pre-approval and wait for further instructions on how to submit the original documents.

If GIS is not yet available, submit the original copies of the following:
Notarized certification of directors, officers, and stockholders.

If AFS is not yet available, submit a photocopy of company's bank statement or any similar document that shows the company’s source of investible funds or provides proof of both the existence of a bank account under the company's name and its current balance. This document must be duly certified by the corporate secretary.

Photocopy of SEC Form of Appointment of Officers duly certified by the corporate secretary

If with secondary license, submit a photocopy of the secondary license duly certified by the corporate secretary
If an AML covered institution, submit a photocopy of the valid AMLC registration duly certified by the corporate secretary
If US person, submit an original copy of the IRS Form W9 duly certified by the corporate secretary

If with at least one corporate shareholder, submit a photocopy of the organizational chart duly certified by the corporate secretary clearly showing the companies in the group, the relationship of the companies to each other, the ownership of each company, and the ultimate beneficial owner(s) of the customer
