    1. Open your browser and go to www.colfinancial.com.

    2. Enter your 8-digit COL account number (which is also your User ID) and your password.

      • If you forgot your account number, check your welcome or activation email.

    3. Click "LOG IN".

    Reminder: Passwords are case-sensitive. Make sure CAPS LOCK is off before entering your password.

  • For security reasons, we can only provide your account number after verification. You can request it through the following options:

    Via Chat (Facebook Messenger)

    1. Send us a private message on Facebook Messenger.

    2. Answer a few security questions, and we’ll send your account number once verified.

    Via Email

    1. Email helpdesk@colfinancial.com using your registered email address.

    2. We’ll send security verification questions.

    3. Reply with the correct answers, and we’ll send your account number to your registered email.

    Note: Only the account holder can request this information. Additional verification may be required if needed.

  • You can reset your password by following these steps:

    1. Go to www.colfinancial.com and click “Forgot your password?” on the upper right of the login page.

    2. Enter your User ID (COL account number) and birthday, complete the captcha, then click SUBMIT.

    3. Check your registered email (including spam/junk folders) for a temporary password. Copy and paste it to log in.

    Important: After logging in, update your password to something more personal for better security and recall.

  • If your account is blocked due to multiple failed login attempts, you can request to unblock it through:

    Before requesting assistance, check the following:

    • Ensure Caps Lock is off, as passwords are case-sensitive.

    • If you haven’t changed your password in the last 2 months, it may have expired. Reset it here.

    • Make sure you’re entering the correct COL account number (User ID). Find your User ID here.
